24-25 Season Competition schedule

Midwest Training and Ice, Dyer, IN

This will take the place of the Turkey Tumble. There will be an additional cost of $50.00 per child for this meet to cover expenses for judges and coaches. This practice meet was added by Kevin after season's fees were budgeted.  

We are excited to get the season started and we are starting it at home on November 24, 2024. Seen below are the session times for each perspective level.

After all the scratches, we have modified the meet schedule for this weekend and goes as follows...

8am-10:30am L3 and XS. Please arrive by 7:30am so we can start on time!

11a-2p L4, L5, XG. Please arrive by 1030am.

2p-5:15p. Level 8 and level 9. Arrive by 1:30pm

5:45p- 8:30p. Level 6, level 7, XP. Arrive at 445pm.

There is an entrance fee for the gym. Adults are $5 per person to enter the gym, kids 12 and under are free. This is to offset all the classes and open gyms we had to cancel to make this event work. Please note, there will be concessions open, the bar will be open at 11am, we will have coffee and donuts for sale in the morning!

This Friday, 6, 2024 Practice for all optional is canceled. Xcel Silver has practice from 4pm-6pm, Xcel Gold has practice from 6pm-8pm. 

Saturday, December 7, 2024 practice is cancelled for all levels.

PARKING:

There are options for valet and self-parking available at Opryland. There is also an option for FREE parking at the back of the Opry Mills mall parking lot, where you'll be able to take a walkway over to the Opryland property! Nashville locals, the meet is in "the Ice Building." Click here for a helpful video for parking in the free lot.

If you're staying at Opryland, go to the D3 elevator by the Delta Portico then walk outside. Head to the green awning and take the short walk to the Gaylord Opryland Events Center building. Follow the balloons and signs!

CONCESSIONS:

There are countless delicious food options, restaurants, shops, and markets in the Opryland hotel, but please note-- there are only very limited concessions in the actual competition building - CASH PREFERRED. We also invite you to bring snacks, drinks, etc. with you to the meet!

Competition will take place on the property at the Gaylord Opryland Events Center building. This is a standalone building. Awards will take place back over inside the hotel/convention center

2nd payment amount is $156.15 for all levels due Sept. 1st. 

Charges can be paid in advance or account will be auto debited on 9/1 when credits are not used. This payment covers coaches travel and expenses as well as team activities.
